Are there any initial costs?Yes, there is a one-time upfront fee that covers manufacturing, customization for your club, and shipping. Beyond that, there are no additional upfront costs. In fact, we pay you!

How will I know when the vending machine needs restocking?No worries — we monitor stock levels remotely and will notify you when it’s time to restock. You don’t need to keep an eye on it — we’ve got it covered.

How simple is it to restock the ball/accessory machine?Restocking is very easy and takes just a few minutes. We provide: - Full training on how to replenish stock - A clear user guide for reference - Ongoing phone support whenever you need it.

What if a customer rents a racket and forgets their password?No problem — we manage the racket rental lockers remotely. Our contact details are clearly displayed on the machines 21" display, so the customer can just give us a call or message us directly. We'll sort it out for them on the spot.

How much can a your machines hold?Our Courtside Compact and Padel Partner Ball/Accessory machine holds up to 80 tubes of balls or accessories. Our Courtside Classic and Padel Partner Pro machines have a larger capacity — up to 160 tubes — with extra storage space to make restocking even easier. Our Padel Partner Pro Racket Rental machines come in three sizes and can hold 15, 18, or 30 padel or pickleball rackets, which can be a flexible mix of rental and retail, depending on your needs.

If we renew our contract after the initial term are there any extra charges?No — there are no fees or hidden costs for renewing. The contract simply rolls forward at no extra charge.

How long does it take for my new machines to arrive?Our standard lead time is around 12 weeks from the moment your order is confirmed (i.e. contract signed) to installation at your venue. As a rough breakdown: - 2 - 4 weeks for manufacturing - 6 weeks for shipping - 1- 2 weeks for customs clearance and final delivery These timings can vary slightly due to things like weather or delays at ports — but we’ll always keep you updated along the way.

How much do you charge once the machines are up and running?We don’t charge any rental or other ongoing fees for our machines. Instead, we use a simple revenue share model in your favour, which can be tailored depending on how you'd like the stock to be provided to the machines. What happens if a racket isn't returned on time?If a racket isn’t returned — for example, after a designated amount of time, we send an automated message to their mobile device with a reminder of their code and a request to follow the retunr process. If the racket isn't returned after this we’re able to charge the renting customer the full value of the racket, as if they have bought it.

How will I know how much the machines has sold?We manage all back end operations of your automation. We’ll send you a monthly insights report from our comprehensive analytics suite tailored to your venue. It includes: - What’s been sold - When (time of day and day of the week) - Total revenue generated We can also customise the report to highlight the data that matters most to you.

Do the machines take cash or coins?Nope — all our machines come with contactless card readers as standard, so there's no need for coins, notes, or any cash handling. Even better: we cover all transaction fees related to the card payments at your club!
